Your dietitian

Ruth Pupo Garcia
RD · RDN · CSOWM · CDCES
Diabetes and Obesity Specialist. Ruth partners with you to build lasting lifestyle change through inspiration and nutrition.
Ruth has spent over 20 years working in nutrition and diabetes education, most recently as a registered dietitian at Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles. A graduate of California State University, Los Angeles' dietetics program, she is board-certified in both diabetes care and education (CDCES) and obesity and weight management (CSOWM), and bilingual in English and Spanish.
Her own path into dietetics started with a personal one: after battling obesity as a teenager, she found her calling helping others navigate the same journey; not through quick fixes, but real, lasting change.
